Six weeks after joining Isagenix, I found out that I was pregnant. Even though I had been with a previous network marketing company, I was starting from scratch in building a business. I didn’t let my plans to start my family keep me from building my team.

Faith, family, Isagenix—those are the beliefs and priorities I live by.  You have to have faith in yourself, belief in others and a vision for achieving your goals.

That philosophy has catapulted me to a 5-Star Golden Circle in less than two years.* Now, with my 13-month old son and the support of my husband, I continue to reach new milestones.

You can be a stay-at-home mom and have a successful business without sacrificing one for the other. The key for me has been setting boundaries, developing a schedule and having a support system.

Those boundaries include setting aside regular office hours to focus on the business and support my team, as well as time to devote to my family.  My schedule includes weekly 100-mile trips from my neighborhood to nearby Kansas City for meetings and networking events.

Network marketing is a great business for moms because it offers flexibility and true residual income.  I was able to take seven weeks off after the birth of our son, which turned out to be some of my highest commission weeks.
