No-Bake Protein Bites
Serving size: 2 and Makes about 12
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder – At Home Moms’s pick dutch chocolate IsaLean Protein – so yummy, gluten-free, soy-free!
- 1/4 cup oat flour (to make oat flour, you can put raw oats in a blender or coffee grinder)
- 1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbs coconut oil, melted
- 3 Tbs almond butter
- 1 Tbs honey or maple syrup
- 2 Tbs unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbs raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, leaving out the coconut flakes in a separate bowl for dipping. After all ingredients are well incorporated, shape into 12 small balls. Wet your fingers with a touch of water to rub on the outside of the ball and place in the coconut flakes to coat the outside. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
