This is a full body circuit workout which can be done ideally at home, but also anywhere. Once you understand each exercise of this circuit, begin with the first exercise and complete 10-15 reps (repeat on opposite side as well), and then move on to the next exercise of the circuit program and perform each following exercise for 10-15 reps. Once you have completed the full circuit, repeat the entire circuit another 2-4 times.
