Get Your “Sexy Back” Exercises

Sculpt your way to a “sexy back” at home, or at the gym. These 5 exercises will work your back, abdominals, butt, and arms. Use a stability ball for extra core work and mid to light hand held weights. Complete each exercise 8-15 reps, for a total of 2 to 3 sets.
