Yoga salutations are designed to create heat in the body, connect your breathing with your movements, center mental focus, and increase strength and flexibility. This is a workout you can incorporate into your daily practice, and a particularly beneficial routine for Stay at Home Moms to use to start their day.
As you get more comfortable with the flow of poses, concentrate on performing one inhalation beginning with the first movement and on the next, exhaling, then repeating with one breath for each movement.
