This recipe allows you to choose the greens you like, and you can easily pair this side dish with any meat, poultry, seafood, vegetarian, or pasta meal.
Sautéed Greens
Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
2 bunches of greens or mixed greens of your choice – kale, chard, spinach
1/2 onion thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves – chopped or minced
To prepare:
In a large sauté pan, set to light/medium heat – heat the oil and then add the garlic and onions and cook for 1 minute. Add the greens, stir to combine, and cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
