Make 5k in 5 Weeks Day 21

You have been sharing, inviting, and confirming with people to view this online webinar.

Copy and send the address to all of your attendees today. If you have invited them to view this at a specific time, as suggested earlier in the week, remind them of the time. Share that you will be available to answer questions immediately following the webinar, and you will follow up with them in the next few days.
Have a plan set for after the webinar is complete to call each of your invitees over the next few days. Schedule ahead of time when you will follow up with each person, so that you are ready to go for the start of this week.

Some suggestions for contacting your invitees after the webinar:
Notice the choice of words. Your goal is to set up as many follow up and 3-way calls as possible this week.
- A quick text, “Hey, what did you like best about the online webinar?” I suggest a quick text to those you feel this will work best with immediately following the online webinar. They share what they liked, and you respond back with sharing a commonality to their response. For example: “Yes, I too was inspired and wanted to learn more.” or “Yes, at first I was curious and had some questions. But now, I am really excited about it as I have learned more. This is legit.” Then ask to set up a 3-way call: “I’d love to get you on the phone with Kristen to do a 3-way call with me. When is good for you this week?”
- Make a follow up phone call, “Hi (name), I appreciate you taking the time to watch the online webinar. I thought of you because…….. (give them a compliment or address a need they have expressed to you. Some examples are: You are my good friend and I couldn’t imagine not sharing this with you, It would be so fun to do this together, You were sharing with me about your wish to get out of debt, lose weight, etc.). Plug in a few compliments or examples that are relevant to whom you are speaking with and then ask: “What did you like best about what you saw?” Next, relate to their response with what you thought or felt initially. Then, ask them to set up a 3-way call.
Keep sharing, not selling, and get the new and interested people on a 3-way call as soon as possible this week. Do this and Week 4 will bring you enrollments!
