This recipe calls for the same basic two ingredients and then you can add a third ingredient to make it a complete meal by adding a protein powder, or change the flavor with dried fruit or chocolate chips and enjoy as a snack. Endless possibilities with these chewy oatmeal cookies!
Ingredients:
2 Medium Bananas (ripe and slightly spotted makes them sweeter and easier to mash)
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (coarsely ground or chopped)
Optional add – ins (choose 1 or more):

1/4 Dried fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips
To Make:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, peel and mash bananas with a fork. Add oats, and any additional add-ins.
Place 1 Tablespoon full of batter at least 1 inch apart onto cookie sheet.
Allow cookies to bake 8-10 minutes and let cool on a cooling rack.
