After tension ALWAYS comes a BREAKTHROUGH

Whether you are working this 1 hour a week or 6 hours per day, when you work this – work it as a real profession and not a hobby. Breakthrough to work this as a profession and it will pay you like one, guaranteed.

You have been pushed a bit over the past several weeks, had your mindset shifted, belief questioned, and I want to thank you for seeing the greater vision and saying YES to the opportunity, to myself and my team, and breaking through enough to get you to this point. BRAVO!

Just like with anything, when there is shaking it means something is shifting and changing. There will be uncomfortable times, doubt, tension, overwhelm but these moments and feelings will space out once you hit that breakthrough. You will enjoy very soon more clarity, understanding, and everything will make more sense.

If you still feel like you are in a dense fog, don’t walk with this opportunity. Instead, take my hand and RUN! Gain momentum early on in your business and you will make it through the fog and enjoy what is waiting there for you on the other side.

What’s Next?

1) As you are getting ready to complete the first 5 weeks, give yourself a pat on the back. I applaud you for taking this opportunity. You are part of something so big, that is changing lives in so many ways, so get excited and empowered around that!

Every time you share Isagenix and your story with someone, it is a gift you are sharing and then their decision of whether to accept at this time. Don’t be stingy, share the gift. Remove yourself from attachment to the outcome, and just share. You are not selling anything, free yourself of the fear of judgement because it is not about you. It is the person you are speaking with that could benefit from hearing your experience. They pay Isagenix, and Isagenix says “thank you” and pays you. It’s a beautiful thing.

If you find you are uncomfortable around this thought, then this is the first place to start working on with your mindset. If you are feeling this way, you need to reach out to someone on our team, or myself. This is an important step in your journey with this amazing opportunity. The energy you put off is received by whom you are speaking and sharing with. So this step in your process is highly important. Evaluate where you are at with your mindset, and seek help right away if you need it.

2) What does your productivity look like?

Each week, determine what hours you will be working on your Isagenix business. Here is a simple calculation to follow. Keep this ratio to grow your business and income forward all the time, no matter if you are working this only a few hours a week or full time.

  • Prospecting and Enrolling Activity: 80% of your time
  • Training yourself and other new enrollees or team members: 20% of your time

Look at these numbers:

If you were to talk to 2 people per day, this equals just over 600 people in 1 year. Even if you fail 90% of the time, you will still enroll 60 people in 1 year! It just takes being consistent, that is it.

Does this mean you talk to 2 people everyday and attempt to get them into Isagenix, NO! Your conversation may not even include the name Isagenix. If selling or convincing is your primary goal, stop right there and take time to read this next section (maybe a few times)…

This is Network Marketing, this means you are networking. Thank goodness for social media, because if you are a more shy person or stumble with words in person or on the phone, that is ok. All of these are great modes of communication. You just need to communicate in a mode that works for you.

When you network, you listen and get to know people. I have heard and learned about so many people, places, and things by networking with other people. Get to know the person, listen so hard it hurts sometimes, you are interested in connecting with them. This is your primary goal. If you have this approach, you will not ever feel like a “sales person” because you are not selling anything. People will become equally as interested in you, what you are doing, etc and they will ask you. This leaves the door open for sharing what you do (usually it is a few things) and Isagenix is a natural part of a conversation to bring up something new and exciting in your life, your health, your family, right now. You share, and they decide if they want more information.

How to start the conversation training will be tomorrow. I will have a video for you to watch to show some examples.

3) Remember the basics once someone wants more information. Become a master of the mundane and do the basic skills over and over. It is a simple business, so do not try to over complicate it…

Step 1 – Share a tool and set up a follow up phone call or 3-way call with a member of our team.

Possible tools are:

  • A selected video from www.isamovie.com
  • Age 18-35? Share “Start Your Life” video from isamovie.com and share the www.startyourlife.com website.

Step 2 – Follow up appointment on the phone, in person, or at a group hosted event. This can also be the perfect time for a 3-way call. Just make sure to follow up in some way.

The 3-way call is a critical step in the process of sharing. It builds comfort and belief that this is real and the confidence for the new person to believe they can do this too. You benefit from listening on the 3-way call  by learning more of the process and the product. It also shows that we all work as a team, no matter what goals a person has. We support everyone in achieving their success. If you are not using 3-way calls, you need to be.

Step 3 – Follow up! Utilize the contact management system from earlier in this program. Stay organized, this keeps you efficient. The fortune is in the follow up. Not all people will join and say yes or even return your calls the first or few times you contact them. That is ok. If you are not following up, and the timing becomes right for the person and someone else happens to approach them instead, you have basically done all the work for someone else. Trust me, it happens and it hurts when someone you have talked to signs up with someone else because you did not follow up. Remember, the fortune is in the follow up!
