The Cheerleader

What does a cheerleader do?

• Create excitement
• Lead a group with consistent duplicatable actions and words
• Engage a crowd
• Boost moral
• Encourage
• Inspire
• Have fun

So can you be a cheerleader when you share this gift of transforming lives with others… YES! If you are not there yet, this should be your first area to target in your personal development work. Strengthen your skills so that you get better, and it feels more natural.

What is unique about being a cheerleader…? They do not do it alone. They work in a squad, a group that practices, supports, and makes their cheer louder when they put their voices and movements together! Point is, you are not your only cheerleader, you have all of us as a team to pour love onto you and support you. Because remember, in Isagenix, everyone enjoys the fruits of each others success. Does any other job do this for us…? If so, I have yet to find it.

The Tour Guide

What does a tour guide do?

• Listen to people’s needs.
• Gain an understanding of what someone wants to get out of their experience BEFORE making a recommendation.
• Listens to the person before giving too many options or “selling them” on an idea or experience.
• Once they are on the tour, a tour guide gives directions, shares where to go, what to do, and where to find information.

You see where I am going with this example? Isagenix the company, i.e. “corporate office” is the one who handles all of the details for you. The online ordering, the tech and I.T. questions, customer support, order processing, returns, training materials – EVERYTHING about the “business”. That is what makes this business really not feel like “work” because you do not have the overhead, stress, or day to day operations to manage. You just have to know where to lead people to get the answers they are looking for. You’re their tour guide to an incredibly transforming experience!

So now does this take away some of the overwhelm off? Can you start to look at this as FUN? Can you get excited about making income by helping others get healthier, create more time with their families, and live a life of freedom (or all of the above)? I sincerely hope you are catching this big picture vision that YES you can do this, and it is SIMPLE.
